Thank you for visiting Reyo. Please read these Terms of Use agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. These Terms of Use govern and apply to your access and use of all of HelloReyo OÜ’s services, which include the Reyo Caller mobile app, Reyo Listener mobile app, and Reyo website. We’ve tried to make these Terms of Use as clear as possible because it’s an important contract between us and our users. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use along with any other notices, guidelines, and rules including our Privacy Policy.

Definitions
- “Application” and “Reyo” means the relevant mobile applications made by HelloReyo OÜ (or its licensors) and available to all end-users.
- “Reyo”, “We”, and “Us” refer to HelloReyo OÜ, as well as our relevant affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, officers, agents, and employees.
- “The User”, “You”, and “Your” refer to any end-user that has visited or is using our Service. A User must be at least 16 years of age or have the legal ability to give consent or have your Parent/Guardian consent to use our Services.
- “Reyo Listener” refers to users of the Reyo Listener application.
- “Account” represents your legal relationship with HelloReyo OÜ.
- “Personal Data” is any information that can be used to identify you or from which you are identifiable. This includes but is not limited to your name, email address, telephone number, personal preferences, date of birth, emergency contact.
- “Platform” means the relevant Reyo website, applications, or portal that enables users to request or access our Services.
- “Site” and “Website” refer to Reyo’s website, all content, products, services, and information provided by HelloReyo OÜ through helloreyo.com.
- “Service” means the solution we provide through Reyo applications, website, or other platform.
- “Agreement” refers to all the terms, conditions, notices contained or referenced in these Terms of Service or the Terms and all other operating rules, Privacy Policy, and procedures that we may publish from time to time.
Service Description
- Reyo has 2 applications, which are the Reyo Caller application and the Reyo Listener application.
- The Reyo Caller application is an application that can be used by users to make call sessions with Reyo Listener that have been matched based on personal preferences.
- The Reyo Listener application is an application that our selected Reyo Listener partners can use to receive calls from callers.
- Users should be required with relevant digital hardware devices, network environment, and other necessary conditions.
- Do not use this service for emergency medical needs. If you are thinking about suicide or if you are considering taking actions that may cause harm to you or to others or if you feel that you or any other person may be in any danger or if you have any medical emergency, you must immediately call the emergency service number and notify the relevant authorities.
Account Terms
Account Enrollment
To access our Services, you must first register to establish an individual user account (“Account”), by providing certain information. In exchange for your use of our Service and if applicable, in order for Reyo to send notices to you, you agree to:
- provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our account enrollment form (understanding you may use an anonymous username or nickname despite you providing certain personal and Emergency Contact Information).
- each time you log on, maintain and promptly update such account information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or HelloReyo OÜ has reasonable reason to suspect that such account information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, HelloReyo OÜ reserves the right to refuse any future request(s) to use the HelloReyo OÜ Services. You shall at all times remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and any other security information related to your account. HelloReyo OÜ will not be liable for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else accessing and using your account, either with or without your knowledge.
Required Information
You must provide a valid email address during the registration process. We also collect your preferences for the Reyo session, main language, nickname, email address, date of birth, and password. By registering, you agree to provide “Emergency Contact Information” (your personal contact and/or a close family member/relation) to Reyo to act as an information source to be used in case of a mental health crisis or other emergency situation.
For Reyo Listener aside from email address, we also collect your full name, phone number, gender, age, a description of yourself, and online time when you register. You will also need to pick your characteristics, languages that you preferred, and record your voice demo.
Account Requirements
- You must be a human to create an account. Accounts registered by “bots”, “machine”, or other automated methods are not permitted.
- You can not create more than one Account or create an Account for anyone other than yourself without first receiving permission from the other person.
- You must be age 16 or older or have your Parent/Guardian consent. If we learn that any of our users are under the age of 16 and don’t have their parent/guardian consent to use our Services, we will terminate that user’s account immediately.
- For the Reyo Listener, you must be 21 or older. If we acknowledge that the Reyo Listener is under the age of 21, we will terminate that account immediately.
- Your login information may only be used by one person, which is yourself.
- You acknowledge that your ability to access and use our Services is conditioned upon the truthfulness of the information you provide regarding your age and Emergency Contact Information and we are relying upon this certification in order to interact with you and provide our Services.
- You can not use Reyo in violation of sanctions laws or any other applicable jurisdiction.
Account Security
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, especially your login information. It’s not HelloReyo OÜ’s responsibility if you experience any loss or damage from your failure to comply with the security obligation.
- You will immediately notify HelloReyo OÜ if you by any chance become aware of any unauthorized use of or access to our Services through your account.
Site Content
All of the interaction material that you receive directly from your Reyo Listener, educational resources, graphics, research, blog, testimonies, and other incidental information on our Site, the content of which should not be construed as medical advice. We will always advise and require you to speak with a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis and treatment, including information about which medication or treatment may be appropriate for you. None of the contents warrants that any particular medication or treatment is safe, appropriate, or effective for you. Reyo does not endorse any special tests, products, procedures, or drugs.
Acceptable Use
When you use our Services, you agree and should be responsible for making sure that the use of our Services is in compliance with laws and any applicable regulations. You agree not to access or use our Service in an unlawful way or for an unlawful or illegitimate purpose or in any manner that contravenes these terms.
While using our Service, under no circumstances will you:
- post, use, store, or transmit any content:
- under a false name or on behalf of other user;
- that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, predatory of minors, harassing, threatening or hateful to any person;
- that is contains sexually obscene content;
- that is infringes or violates any of the intellectual property rights of others or the privacy or publicity rights of others;
- that is or contains false, inaccurate, or intentionally deceptive information that may affect the public interest;
- harass, threaten, abuse, or incite violence towards all users, including our employees, officers, partners, or agents;
- attempt to offend people by using our Services;
- impersonate other person, organization, or entity, including any of our representatives, or by fraudulently misrepresenting your identity or site’s purpose;
- violate the privacy of another user by spreading personal information without consent;
- attempt to disrupt the operation of our Services by any method, including through the use of viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses, denial of service attacks, flooding, or spamming;
- use the Service in any action that could damage, disable, or impair our Services;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any user accounts or computer systems or networks, through hacking, password mining, or any other actions;
- use any robot, scraper, or other means to access our Services for any purpose;
- promote or distribute content that is illegal or otherwise prohibited by our Terms of Use;
HelloReyo OÜ reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your account if we indicate or receive any report that your account violates the above conditions.
Reyo Listener
HelloReyo OÜ does not directly employ the Reyo Listener matched through our Services. In order to become an official Reyo Listener, the applying Reyo Listener must pass our interview and must receive written approval from HelloReyo OÜ.
Your relationship with the Reyo Listener is strict with the Reyo. HelloReyo OÜ is not involved in the Reyo Listener-User relationship. You are always advised to exercise a high level of care and caution in the use of Reyo as you would making any mental health or medical decision. You should never disregard, avoid, or delay obtaining medical advice from your primary doctor or other qualified healthcare solely because of the information you saw on the Reyo site or information you received through our Services.
Payment
Any payment you make for the use of the Services is used to compensate HelloReyo OÜ for its software development, overhead, administrative services, and other corporate costs and fees, including transaction fees for credit card usage.
Only with your consent, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a timely basis in accordance with our Services plan that you’ve chosen and the terms and rates published by HelloReyo OÜ from time to time. You may also at any time change your plan by upgrading or downgrading it based on the available plan published by HelloReyo OÜ.
Intellectual Property
All of the content available on or through our Services is the property of HelloReyo OÜ and our licensors. All software and accompanying documentation made available for download from our Services is the copyrighted work of HelloReyo OÜ and our licensors. Any copy made of the information obtained through our Services must include all applicable copyright notices and should be informed to HelloReyo OÜ by written permission.
You agree not to:
- reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate our Services and all of the content received through our Services to any third party;
- modify, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse, or create derivative works of our Services, whether directly or indirectly;
- use our Services to provide service bureau, time sharing, or other services to third parties.
Privacy
HelloReyo OÜ’s Privacy Policy applies to the use of all of our Services. We recommend you to read our Privacy Policy to understand more about your privacy rights because accessing and using our Services means you already acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation and Termination
It is your right and responsibility to cancel or close your account in Reyo. You can perform this action by sending a request to Reyo Support.
If you choose to close your Reyo account, your personal data will generally stop being visible on our Services within 24 hours. We generally delete closed account information within 30 days of the account closure. We still retain and use your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, enforce our agreement, and maintain security. You can contact Reyo Support to request the erasure of all of your data that we process on the basis of your consent within 30 days of your request.
HelloReyo OÜ has the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to all of our Services with or without notice. Reyo has the right to refuse any service to anyone for any reason at any time. Reyo reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of our Services, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
Disclaimers
HelloReyo OÜ does not warrant that our Services will meet all your requirements, will be error-free or uninterrupted, secure, free of viruses or other harmful components, the information provided is true, reliable, or accurate. We also do not warrant that our Services will be available at any particular time or location. Our Services and all of the content are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. All information provided is subject to change without notice.
You expressly agree that your use of our Services and your reliance upon any of its contents is at your sole risk. You assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from using or downloading any content, information, file, or other material from our Services.
Limitations of Liability
HelloReyo OÜ will not be liable for damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use our Services or arising under this agreement. In the event of any problem with the service or any of its content, you agree that your sole remedy is to cease using the service. Under no circumstances shall HelloReyo OÜ, our licensor or supplier, or any third party who promotes our Service or provides you with the link to our Services be liable in any way for your use of the service or any of its content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, any infringement by any content of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content.
Our liability is limited to whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages. We will have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable control and if the remedy has failed of its essential purpose.
Disputes
If you have a dispute with any of our users, you agree to hold HelloReyo OÜ harmless from any and all demands, claims, and losses of any kind and nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way related to such dispute. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us from and against any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of our Services.
You also agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Reyo against any and all claims or demands from any third party, including reasonable legal fees incurred by Reyo due to your failure to comply with these Terms of Use.

Any link (including a hyperlink, button, or referral device of any kind) used in our Services is provided for your use and convenience. The appearance of a link does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or certification by HelloReyo OÜ, nor should the presence of a link in any way be construed as a suggestion that any third-party website has any relationship to HelloReyo OÜ. HelloReyo OÜ is not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites or third-party advertisements and does not make any representations regarding its content or accuracy. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for those websites. HelloReyo OÜ does not endorse the content of any third-party websites.
Changes to Terms of Use
HelloReyo OÜ may make any updates to our Terms of Use. Whenever we make an amendment, we will address the changes via email that is registered in your account. We will also provide notice of changes by updating the “Last Modified” date at the top of this Terms of Use. Please check our Terms of Use changes from time to time.
HelloReyo OÜ reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our Services (or any part of it) with or without notice.
