What Information Reyo Collects
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Reyo apps, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when accessing our website, or otherwise contacting us. The types of information we receive and collect depend on how you use our Services. We collect certain information to deliver our Services and without it, we will not be able to provide our Services to you. We may also use the information for research purposes and to analyze, improve, and optimize our Service and Website.
We receive a number of different types of information about you, including:
Information That Users Provide Directly to Reyo
Registration Information
We require some basic information when you register on the Reyo app. We collect your preferences for the Reyo session, main language, nickname, email address, date of birth, and password. We also collect emergency contact number and name for emergency purposes in case of urgent matters during the Reyo session.
For Reyo Listener we collect your full name, email address, phone number, gender, age, a description of yourself, and online time. You will also need to pick your characteristics, languages that you preferred, and record your voice demo.
Profile Information
You can choose to provide us with more information for your Account profile, which includes verification of your email address, phone number, gender, and a description of yourself. Please note that your profile information may be visible to Reyo Listener during your call session.
For Reyo Listener your personal information will include all of the information that you’ve registered and it may be visible to all of the users that matched the same preferences as you are.
Rating and Preference Information
You will provide rating information for Reyo Listener each time you finish a call session. We will use this information for Reyo’s assessment and in consideration of presenting Reyo’s suggestions for your next call session. You can also provide us with information about your Reyo Listener for the next session.
Call Summary Information
The Reyo Listener will have to submit 5 phrases that will describe the call session. This information will be used as a note for other Reyo Listeners when doing the call session.
Information That Reyo Collects Automatically From The Use of Our Services
Usage Information
We automatically collect and log usage data when you visit or use our Service or Website. This includes information about how you use our Services, such as the pages you view, the content you click, the referring site, your search action, your session information, the duration and frequency you use our Services, and the exact date and time when you perform each request.
Location Information
We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device while you are using our mobile application, to provide our services based on your location. If you want to change the access or permissions, you may turn it off from your device’s settings.
Device Information
We collect device and connection-specific information such as IP address, browser or client application information, language, time zone, operating system, application information, device type, device ID, device model, phone number, and mobile operator. This information will be collected when you install, access, or use our Services.
Cookies
As further described in our Cookies Policy, we use cookies to provide our Services, improve your experiences while using our Services, and to understand how you use and engage with our Services. Additionally, we use cookies to keep you logged in, to remember your preferences, to identify you and your device, and customize our Services for you. Information That Reyo Collects From Third Parties
We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as from our partners, vendors, or social media platforms, as well as from other third parties. You may be given the option to access or register for our services through the use of your third-party social media accounts, such as Google, Facebook, or Twitter. If you select this option, the social media provider may provide certain personal information available to us, such as your email address, user identification numbers for your contacts, or other information. We may be asked to share certain information with such social media providers. If you choose to sign in through your third-party social media accounts, you authorize us to collect your information from your social media provider and process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and you also authorize us to share your information with your social media provider as necessary to permit you to access our services using your social media account. We really recommend that you review your social media provider’s privacy policies carefully before using them to connect to our Services.
What Information Reyo doesn’t Collect
We do not intentionally collect Sensitive Personal Information, such as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, health data, and personal data related to criminal convictions and offenses.
If you are a child under the age of 16, you should make sure that your parents or guardian has given consent for you to access our Services and allow us to process your personal data. If we learn or have reason to suspect that you are a user who is under the age of 16 and don’t receive any consent from your parents or guardian, we will have to close your Account.
How Reyo Uses Your Information
Reyo uses your data so that we can provide and personalize our Services to be more relevant for you and all of our users. We may use, process, and combine your data for the following purposes:
- We use your Registration Information to create your account and deliver our Services to you.
- We use your Profile Information to identify you on Reyo and give information about yourself to the Reyo Listener when you are on a call session.
- We use Rating and Preference Information to assess the Reyo Listener so that we can suggest Reyo Listeners that match your preferences for your next call session.
- We use Call Summary Information so that the Reyo Listener can get insight about the topics you have discussed in your previous call sessions.
- We use your email address to communicate with you, if you’ve given us consent to do so.
- We use Usage Information, Device Information, and Cookies to have a better understanding on how our Users use our Services and to improve all of our Services.
- We use User Personal Information to respond to support requests.
- We use User Personal Information and other data that we collect to give recommendations for you and deliver our Services based on it. We will analyze your preferences and your behavior when using our Services and will recommend Services that match with it.
- We may use User Personal Information for security purposes that include investigating suspicious activity, violations of our policies, and possible fraud, protect against bad experience and scam, and ensure our Services are being used legally.
- We may use User Personal Information to comply with our legal obligations, protect our intellectual property, and enforce our Terms of Service.

Contract Performance
You will provide your Registration Information when you create a Reyo account. This information is required so that you can enter the Terms of Service agreement and we can process your information based on the contract.
Consent
We really rely on your consent to the use of your Personal Information when you fill out your Profile Information, for our marketing purposes, and where applicable. You always have the ability to access, modify, and delete all of your Personal Information. You may also withdraw your consent to the use of your information at any time.
Legitimate Interests
The processing of User Personal Information is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest, which are for legal compliance and security purposes, to maintain ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of our processing systems and services.
How Reyo Share Information
We will share your Personal Information if and only if you have given us consent after we let you know about what information that we will share, with whom, and why it must be shared. We may share your information with the following conditions and circumstances:
Our Services
Your profile, preference information, and call summary information are fully visible to Reyo (call recipient) when you are on a call session. Subject to your settings and consent, it can also be visible to others on or off of our Services (e.g., visitors of our Services or users on third-party search engines).
Related Services
We may share your Personal Information with our affiliates or partners to develop and provide our Services. Our affiliates or partners should have agreed to privacy restrictions similar to what we are stated on Privacy Policy by signing data protection agreements or similar commitments.
Legal Disclosure
Reyo will need to disclose and share your Personal Information when required by law, valid subpoena, search warrant, government order, other legal process, or for other reasons that we strongly believe that the disclosure of your information is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to protect our intellectual property, and to enforce our Terms of Service. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you about any legal obligations that require us to disclose your information.

Reyo really want to make sure that you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights, which include the following:
Right to Access
You can access your Profile Information from the Profile screen on the Reyo app. For other Personal Information that we collect, you can ask us for a copy of the information by contacting Reyo Support.
Right to Rectification
You can edit or complete some of your personal data through your account profile setting. You can also ask us to change, update, or fix your data in certain cases, if you believe it’s inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete your information if you believe it’s incomplete.
Right to Erasure
If you choose to close your Reyo account, your personal data will generally stop being visible on our Services within 24 hours. We generally delete closed account information within 30 days of the account closure. We still retain and use your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, enforce our agreement, and maintain security. You can contact Reyo Support to request the erasure of all of your data that we process on the basis of your consent within 30 days of your request.
Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to ask us to limit and stop the processing of your information if the information is inaccurate, unlawfully held, you believe the process is misuse and unfair, or we have no legal right to continue to use it.
Right to Object to Processing
You have the right to object to Reyo’s processing of your information and we will stop the process immediately after you send us the request along with the objection reason by contacting Reyo Support.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to ask us to transfer your information that we have directly to you or to another organization by contacting Reyo Support.
Other Information
Security
Reyo tries our best to protect User Personal Information from unauthorized parties and acts of data misuse. We also strive to maintain the appropriate use and processing of data in accordance with the standards that we have stated in this Privacy Policy. We implement security systems that can protect your data, such as HTTPS. We also carry out regular updates and monitoring of vulnerabilities and attacks that may occur on our system. However, we cannot guarantee that the data is 100% safe from any security issues, such as disclosure, alteration, destruction, or any other issues.
Cross-Border Data Transfer
Reyo processes information both inside and outside of Europe and relies on European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses. Your Personal Information may be transferred from your country in which you are present while using our Services to another country. When we perform data transfer, we will comply with the legal and regulatory obligations.
Changes to Reyo Privacy Policy
HelloReyo OÜ may make any updates to our Privacy Policy. Whenever we make an amendment, we will address the changes via email that is registered in your account. We will also provide notice of changes by updating the “Last Modified” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Please check our Privacy Policy changes from time to time. We will give you the opportunity to review the changed policy before you decide to continue using our Services.
