How to pickup a call?

  1. Once you receive a call from from caller, you will see a call screen containing the caller’s preferences
  2. Click on the call (orange) button
  3. You will have 10 seconds to prepare yourself for the call session
  4. You will have 10 minutes to talk with the caller
  5. To see caller information and notes written from previous call session, click Info
  6. Once the call ended, you need to input 5 phrases to summarize your Reyo session
  7. Click Submit Notes
